Partnership Program
For clients who own land and want professional management.
Under this model, the client provides the land and core farm infrastructure while KIMD delivers end-to-end technical and operational support. Animals are tracked using our QR technology system. Contract: 1 year (renewable).
Full management by KIMD
Kimd provides the full management team and covers all operational expenses.
Profit split 50% KIMD / 50% Client at the end of each year
Example: 100 kids born → 50 to KIMD, 50 to client
Client-funded operations
Client covers all operational costs while KIMD focuses on management and technical oversight only.
Profit split 30% KIMD / 70% Client at the end of each year
Example: 100 kids born → 70 to client, 30 to KIMD.
Investment Partnership
This is a fully managed model where Kimd Group of Companies handles the entire livestock operation on behalf of the client from setup, stocking, feeding, and healthcare to sales while the client earns returns.
Partial Investment Partnership
Ideal for clients who want to start investing immediately while they prepare their own farm. Your animals live and are managed at a KIMD farm. Each client receives a digital monitoring card to track their goats remotely.

GCS Program
Fully passive returns over a 4-year contract.
KIMD manages the entire livestock operation for the full 4-year contract feeding, medication, labor, and housing. You simply receive annual returns. KIMD guarantees at least one offspring per goat or sheep per year.

Program notes
- Minimum investment: 5 animals.
- Clients with limited funds may receive a 3-animal loan, repayable within 3 months.
- QR registration is mandatory for all animals at UGX 30,000 each.
- KIMD guarantees at least one offspring per goat or sheep per year.
Each bull generates UGX 400,000 profit per year. Bulls are sold and replaced every 3 months. Capital is returned in full at the end of the contract.
Ready Farm (RF) Program
A fully developed farm, delivered turnkey.
The Ready Farm Program offers clients a fully developed and operational farm without the burden of managing the setup. From land acquisition, construction, stocking, and pasture establishment
